Rebuilding a brand experience from proposal to plate.

The Monday Kitchen.

Habitat Hospitality Studio rebuilt the full brand experience for The Monday Kitchen, an in-home meal prep service built on fifteen years of professional cooking. The food was excellent. The booking was full. The materials around it weren't keeping up.

We rebuilt the brand experience from the ground up. Visual identity, proposal, social, and the email sequence that runs from first booking to follow-up. One voice across every touchpoint a client moves through.

Where we started

The original proposal opened with credentials instead of story, presented three services as equal weight, and packed the menu onto pages that should have been selling the experience. Strong business, working hard, materials not pulling their weight.

…from discovery to departure.

Google Business Profile set up from scratch. A foundational brand system. An Instagram strategy that doesn't require Kara to be a marketer. A five-email booking sequence. A proposal that does the selling so she doesn't have to.

The system behind the work

Typography, colour, photography direction and logo usage, set so every future touchpoint has a clear answer to "does this look right?" Not a logo refresh. The foundation everything else sits on.

The new proposal

Rebuilt around how a client actually reads it. A six-step "How it works" replaces a wall of text. Menu rewritten as a taste of what's coming, not a catalogue. Same offer, different conversation.

Social, brought into the system

Bio rewritten to lead with the offer. Highlights structured around the questions clients actually ask. Grid templates so posting stays on-brand without starting from scratch each time. Posting becomes a system, not a scramble." or "One less thing to figure out on a Tuesday night.

The journey, written out.

One of five emails across the booking sequence. Three before the cook, two after. Each one written to do a job: confirm, prepare, welcome, follow up, invite back. The work most hospitality businesses skip.

"When I first reached out to Habitat, I was trying to get the business up and running but felt completely lost about who my clients would be and how to reach them. What shifted through working with Irena and Maddy wasn't just tactics, it was how I think about my business. Every conversation left me asking, 'how can I better please my clients? How can I make my offering suit them to the max?'

Honestly, they're like business fairy godmothers. Their communication is A+++, their emails and how-to guides are perfect, and their suggestions are the small things that genuinely elevate the brand and the offering. Don't hesitate - nourish your business with a perspective that sees it all."

- Kara Rasmussen, Founder, The Monday Kitchen

One business. One voice. Every touchpoint earning its place.

The Monday Kitchen now has a brand experience that matches the food.

If something at your place feels good but a bit off, that's usually where we start.
